On July 28th I sit down at 9pm for dinner I order pizza I said it would take a while but 1 hour is acceptable 3 hours is not acceptable. We ended up eating francesinha which was quick but took 45 minutes. If I didn't have children I would have gotten up and left. I hadn't been there for 20 years and now it's gone for good. Hug.

I went to this establishment yesterday to have dinner with my family when I arrived 4 months ago with a customer in the room, we went in and were immediately taken with the bad manners and lack of professionalism of the supposed "boss" (shame) after that we went to sit at the indicated table at least They came to meet us and brought drinks and ordered the starters, which only arrived 30 minutes later. After that, they never remembered at our table, we waited 40 minutes to place the order and after that we waited 2 hours for the food to arrive. After waiting for a while, we approached the employee who, if I'm not mistaken, was called Thais, a Brazilian employee with excellent values, to whom I explained my pregnancy situation and did everything she could to ensure that I was seen as quickly as possible as I was already feeling unwell. 2 hours of waiting. My food finally arrives, and my chicken kebab tasted like suckling pig and the final flavor tasted like sour. My family's kebabs were made with meat, as the meat was cut into cubes. After my bad mood we left the food, the kebabs only had 2 bites each and the kebabs were left ENTIRELY ON THE PLATES. After explaining the situation to one of the employees, she went to the boss to pay attention to our table as the food was not fit for consumption, the boss turned to the cashier and said that it had nothing to do with it because it was not He was the one who tended to us and blamed the employee Thais. She was not to blame for anything and has a high level of friendliness and professionalism. In addition to being pregnant, I waited 2 hours to eat and when the food came they showed spoiled food SHAMEFUL and in the end it was €79. I will take this complaint forward and mainly complain directly to ASAE as this gentleman/boss must not have learned from the first time, so that what happened to us doesn't happen to anyone else.
Be very careful where you eat.

Very bad service, after two hours of waiting for the food, which was a kebab, we couldn't eat the food, the meat didn't taste good.
The only person who took advantage and showed that she was an excellent professional was a Brazilian lady.
And on top of that, I went to the counter and spoke to the boss where he was very arrogant, blaming the waitress who was the only person who took advantage.
These types of restaurants don't deserve to be open and in the end they end up paying €74

Extremely slow service - after indicating that it would take at least 1 hour to make pizzas (in a pizzeria), the order was changed to a supposedly quicker dish, cod à brás. However, it took more than half an hour to arrive. Looking at the other tables, the situation seemed to be the same for everyone.
The prices aren't bad, and the staff weren't unfriendly, but the food isn't anything special (at least the dish consumed), it doesn't justify the delay in preparation at all.
