Super friendly service, service was quick and everything we ordered was divine: broken eggs, risotto, alheira croquettes, preguinhos, vegetable tempura, sangria ?

Understated but lovely place in Águeda, only 5 minutes from the train station. Enjoyed the prato do dia and it didn't disappoint. A large collection of wine and an extensive menu, great ambience and excellent customer service means I'll definitely return!!

I didn't get to try any dish. Saturday it was already past 7pm empty. When the responsible entrance cleaned the floor of the space. Once you've finished washing your hands, place plates and cutlery on the table. Terrible service. Another employee on site didn't even say good night or any kind of friendliness. Order what was on the list. There were no clams at Bulhão Pato (Saturday night). If it is in the Charter and there is none, you should normally indicate what is not there. Anyway! Do not repeat.

Fascinated!I highly recommend it, the food is something extraordinary, physically welcoming environment, good ambient temperature for dining, the employees are excellent people with great performance to adapt to the most varied types of customers. The wine list is quite refined, leaving no "wallet" behind and with quality. A lot of importance is given to the starters so that we don't have any palate discomfort when it comes to the tasting temperature. The main dishes are varied, it is up to each person to choose what they want, with always flexibility in preparation to meet the customer's taste. The restaurant is located in a transition area between the lower and upper parts of the city, with some bars around it for a great night out. In terms of getting to the place, I advise anyone who can, to park in the parks next to the municipal market and take a short walk. If you have any difficulty getting around, there is parking in the area a little further up next to the municipal square. . I made a reservation so as not to have the disappointment of arriving and not having a table for dinner.Ps: I haven't gone back a second time yet to confirm the times, but I think the kitchen will close at 10pm, however it's always better to call ahead if your arrival time at the restaurant is very close to that time.

Kid-friendliness: Just talk to one of the employees and your request regarding children will be answered immediately.

Terribly, we looked for a different place to spend a pleasant weekend, arriving at the place, we were approached and practically rushed from the place, I went from Aveiro to Águeda, I arrived at 10:15 pm at the place, they told me that the kitchen was closed, when I asked The time stated on Google asked me if I didn't know how it worked in Portugal, that the kitchens close at 10 pm! For me, this is xenophobia because I'm a tourist and they didn't want to serve me, because the restaurant was full of people! Here's a tip if it's not working to correct the timetable on Google, as we drive 30 km and pay tolls for poor service! I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AND I WILL DEFINITELY DO MY POSSIBLE TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THE PLACE DAILY!!!!

I searched Google for reviews about restaurants in the city of Águeda and based on the excellent review, we went to see the place, which seemed to be a good place. We researched the opening hours and found that the establishment is open until 00:00 on Saturday. As soon as we arrived at 10:15 pm, we were approached by an attendant or manager, who did not identify herself and said that the kitchen had been closed since 10:00 pm. He asked us if we didn't know that in Portugal establishments close at 22:00.We traveled from Aveiro to visit and we were surprised with this service. I suggest changing the hours on Google to make it easier for customers to know the correct opening hours.
