Beautiful decoration! Friendly service! Very calm but... the food I don't recommend at all! I ordered roast veal: I couldn't chew it. As I was hungry I ordered a fish fillet: it had too much oil! I don't recommend it!!!

I stumbled across this restaurant during my Camino. The two ladies greeted me very friendly and asked me to sit down, despite me being completely wet from the previous storm. They were so courteous: Offering me to charge my phone, stamping my Camino pass and let me wrote something in their guest/Camino book. I had such a great time there. One of the ladies spoke English and took the order. But despite my disability to speak Portuguese, even the other lady tried to communicate with me and was just so courteous. The food: It was just great. I had a huge plate with chicken, rice, fries, salat. The whole plate was filled to the brim. I got a complete bottle of mayonnaise, so that I could use however much I needed (they even offered other sauces).Afterwards they brought some desserts to chose from. I had a tasty fruit-cheese cake.Overall: Great service, really tasty food and a warming ambience.I really enjoyed my stay. Can only recommend it!!!

Do not expect any luxury, except the sympathy of the waitress! Quick food and good "industrial" desserts!
Parking: Very easy to park in the street after the turnabout
Worst tripe of my life. I like the dough and cinnamon. You could barely see the eggs so no egg taste.Judge for yourself, by the photo, if it's worth eating here for the same price as in Aveiro.I bit down to the other side to see if there was anything but it was just as dry as the other side.It was a waste of money, a rip off as the price is the same in other establishments. And when it comes to the service, the lady was very cold and not at all welcoming.

Wonderful place to have a peaceful lunch or dinner alone or with the family. There's always a smile, good wine and some SIMPLY DELICIOUS starters.
Kid-friendliness: The kids love it and La Salete does whatever they want!
