Food is lovely, it seems to me as if the 1 star reviews are from people who have not read the menu correctly or do not understand the tradition that the guys at Agapito uphold.They are some of friendliest people to be served by. My grandad frequented this restaurant during his many travels to Portugal and never had a bad thing to say about the food, service and prices.I have been many times too and I can say, grandad was right. Thank you to all the staff :)
We really enjoyed our 2 visits here last week. The first time we had the piri piri chicken with a side of large tomato salad. Sangria and coffee. I love the fact the kitchen was open view and all the staff we friendly. The second visit we had the Portugese steak (kept the garlic cloves whole ?) and the Salmon. It was great value for money and authentic. I think the kitchen staff appreciated that I talked to them about the food...and again we had the large tomato salad. Would recommend...
