Loved having dinner here. Burger was delicious and so was the cookie monster dessert. Would definitely recommend and hope to return before we go home.

Best Burger, juiciest patty, biggest portion, super fast and gentle service, fancy decoration and nice atmosphere.Worth two visits in a row!

Abysmal. Starters took almost an hour to arrive. Quality of the food was on par/below that of the frozen aisle of a supermarket. Seemingly no care put into it. The man who worked at the front of house was also very rude

I would give it 0 Stars but it is impossible.The only thing that wasn’t bad were the drinks, which were normal Coca-Colas…We ordered Onion Rings which took almost an hour to arrive and were disgusting and we didn’t even knew that it was possible to make them so bad.Then after another 30minutes we got our burgers and what a great surprise…They looked worse then frozen ones, no salad, no tomatoes, no sauce, nothing.And the worst part was the taste, absolutely disgusting, I don’t even know if the meat was still good to eat by the taste of it.We had to put in lots of Ketchup to make it edible, cause we were starving.The Burger came with fries, which were undercooked, eating there felt like a punishment.The AC wasn’t working, at least we got a free Sauna if we look at it positively.And the cherry on top of the cake was that we couldn’t pay with a card cause they only take cash.Don’t go there, it really is a mistake to go eat there.I can honestly say that it was the worst food we’ve ever eaten.But I can’t talk badly about the service, maybe their desserts are better, since I will never go there ever again it will be a unsolved mystery.

If I could give 0 stars it would be too much. Waited 45 mins for wings and nuggets for starters. Took a bite out of one wing only to realise the meat was completely pink. I brought it up to show the server and to explain that I wanted to cancel the mains as I was worried regarding the chicken being served undercooked after waiting 45 minutes. The server became very aggressive and argumentative. I explained I would pay for the drinks but that the starter was inedible and that I didn’t feel comfortable to eat anything else. He told me the food was already being prepared and that I couldn’t cancel it. He started shouting and was extremely rude even though he admitted that the chicken was not cooked. Having explained to him how sick undercooked chicken can make you, he agreed but still wouldn’t cancel the mains.In the end we left both full starters and paid double what the drinks cost and walked out with him still arguing in the background.Aside from this the place has no air on which from reading other reviews seems to have been the case for months.

Returned after 3 years still as good as the last time i was there Great place and great food . Friendly staff always very welcoming . Try it

Went here once and wouldn't be back due to poor service from the staff. The food was good. However, I was paying for my meal and I was told by a blonde man working there that I "Should smile more" and that maybe then I'd somehow magically improve myself. I don't understand why that statement needed to be said. I suffer from chronic migrains so I was not feeling the best but I tried to have a good evening out. I felt worse after being told to "Smile More" especially for someone else's experience.

I went there with my girlfriend.And the service was extreme bad.We were waiting 25min and nothing happened after get the menu card and a lot of signals to the service guys. So we just left. They wasn’t mindful and I wouldn’t nobody recommend to eat there…Bad Experience…

Worst of the worst food and service. Also a tourist trap, like a lot of restaurants in Albufeira. And just cash, no card in the American Dinner. I would not recommend.

Feb 2022 burgers were amazing and the fries to die for ! Service really welcoming too!

Did not enjoy my dining experience to celebrate a friends birthday.Why does it take approx hour to cook 2 chicken burgers & 3 ordinary burgers & onion riings/ribs?Very frustrating when there was no one else in the Diner.I had purposely set aside hour to eat my food as was picking up my wife in Faro Airport.I rushed eating my food & due to this delay it only gave me 25 mins to drive from Diner to Faro Airport.

Visited here on our holiday like most restaurants at the moment are empty due to no tourist & COVID sat down ordered our drinks and went to order our dinner to be told only limited number of items on the menu available went for the ribs priced at 18 euro for what we got it was nothing special and over priced would I return no

This place was amazing, Didn't look great from the outside but God dam does it do a good burger. The chicken wings where good also just not as hot as I like. The place was very clean. And the server was excellent could not fault him nothing was a problem. (We had 4 children and a toddler with us) he made sure the kids had everything they needed. Also the cheese cake was amazing. We went here two nights for dinner and the second night was as good if not better than the first night. If I was to say one thing they could improve on it would be the baby chairs. They hook on to the table and are unsafe for children in my opinion. Our little man gets a little hyper sometimes. When he bounced in the seat the whole seat nearly fell off the table. 2nd night we just kept him in his pram and he was happy out.
