Great service, very lovely host unfortunately the food was way below the average. The garlic prawns were flavourless and the chicken extremely dry. Unfortunately our visit didn't reflect the 4.7 rating, perhaps it is the end of the season burnout who knows.

Gorgeous little coffee shop with the friendliest owners!We arrived at our accommodation at 10pm, and they took pity on us and stayed open a little longer to make some sandwiches.Incredibly grateful for the welcome ❤️

Go here! Delicious array of Portuguese meat and fish dishes at very reasonable prices. As if that wasn't enough the owners are friendly and helpful, translating the specials board to English on each of our 4 visits. Tucked down a side street about 5 minutes from the strip and we'll worth the detour for friendly authenticity.

Such a nice place for dinner. Unpretentious and the food is great. We had the crab (which you need to pre-order by calling the owner) and it was amazing. The deserts are homemade by the owner and they are delicious and traditionally Portuguese. Great experience!

We ate here twice during our stay, once for dinner and then breakfast.Dinner - nice and simple but very flavorful. The portions are also very generous! I had the sardines and my friend had deep fried whitebait with tomato rice. Both were incredible.Breakfast - ham & cheese omelette with Portuguese bread. Again, simple yet flavorful!Family run business and you can definitely taste the food was cooked with love. The service was also really good - friendly staff, especially the owner Manuel!Location is away from the “main” town area but it’s really nice to be away from the crowds. The price was also relatively cheaper in comparison to the restaurants in the main Old Town Albufeira.
