Visited Taberna das Sesmarias on the first morning of our holiday. We were greeted by a lovely server (Doris?) and handed what can only be described as an extensive menu. Inspired by Wagamama’s (or vice versa, perhaps), the food arrives when it’s ready and it did not disappoint. I had a Bifana ?? (pictured). We were promised cheap drinks by previous reviews, and found these claims to be true! Beer for brunch? Anything goes on holiday ?

This "Taveernee" has friendly owners, very reasonable prices and a goog vibe. You will experience a very good value for money. The menu is straight and tasteful. The hospitality is great and prices are very reasonable.

A very nice small cafe. Good selection of tapas , toasted sandwiches, and snacks. Ten minutes on foot from the beach. My glass of beer was just 1.62 Euros.

The owner was rude when I asked a question! He also charged me 2euro for a Pasteis de nata, which I have paid a lot less at many other places! Also it was the worst I have had yet! So watch out tourists. I wouldn't recommend visiting this over priced run down place.
