We went to eat without a reservation, they treated us wonderfully, we ate on a terrace with a very good temperature, the waiters were super nice to eat, we ordered Porco Preto rib sardines and spicy shrimp, everything was delicious so we dared to order dessert Pa acota and chocolate cake no I can say which one I liked more because they were both impressive. I recommend them.

We hebben hier meerdere malen gegeten tijdens onze vakantie. De eerste keer was de bruschetta als voorgerecht echt verrukkelijk! De tweede keer dat we daar waren bestelden we dit weer, maar nu viel het tegen. Misschien een andere kok?De hoofdgerechten en desserts waren goed. Alleen was de laatste keer het hoofdgerecht van mijn man niet helemaal gaar.Voor de rest: vriendelijk personeel en mooi uitzicht.

Waar we in Portugal vaak lovend zijn over het eten wat dit echt een grote teleurstelling. De ruimte is mooi en uitnodigend maar daar is alles mee gezegd. Overpriced en smakeloos eten. De tapas waren nog aardig maar de hoofdgerechten die we hadden leken zo uit de vriezer te komen. We waren met z’n vieren (waaronder 2 kinderen) ruim 90 euro kwijt. Als het dan goed was geweest dan had ik dat prima gevonden maar dit was het écht niet waard. Jammer! Ik stelde voor om hier te gaan eten omdat ik lovende reviews las maar ik vraag me echt af hoe dit kan!

First of all, the positive things. The location and the ambience are really nice, the staff is also very nice. The food was also mostly good. However, the prices of the tapas and starters are a bit overpriced (5 € for 2 slices of bruscetta, 9 € for 4 mushrooms gratinated with cheese) and the fries were not crispy at all but rather limp, which every snack bar can do better. Absolute no-go. Although there were various tapas with seafood on the menu, I felt there was a lack of a reasonable selection of fish and seafood as a main course for a restaurant by the sea. What is absolutely incomprehensible to me is why there is only 1 men's toilet in a restaurant with at least 100 seats! When it gets crowded here it's better not to have to go to the toilet... We probably won't come back again. In my opinion, the restaurant has great potential, which unfortunately is not being fully utilized.
