The ATM in the restaurant with me has always worked, in the store as far as I know it's not the dealer's fault. A lovely place to stop. I had a hospital appointment nearby and the friendly staff here helped me relax before I went over for my exams. All was good so we went back for a celebratory drink afterwards.

Good afternoon. Today, July 24th, I went to Benfica's house in Albufeira with the aim of buying a Benfica-related gift for an 11-year-old child. The first contact with the employee was unfriendly and not very affable, showing some lack of interest in the welcome. After choosing what I wanted, I went to the counter to pay. The ATM doesn't work, the membership card can't be read, I wasn't given any type of receipt or invoice resulting from the purchase and finally I mentioned again that it was to be given to a child, there were no bags or other type of packaging. In 35 years of being a member, I have never felt so badly treated, with indifference and so little cordiality towards a person who, being in charge of a house that represents our huge club, has such an attitude. I will never go in there again.

I went to buy a jersey.Can't say I felt real welcome.There should be a n/a rating as I did not eat there.I gave the food 4 stars as I did not think it would be fair to diminish their food.
