Fantastic holiday down in alamos a short walk from where we stayed. The bar has everything you need and want. Great food great selection of drinks for adults and kids, over all 100% really happy. Cheers Joe

The owner was a real brother. He gave us excellent advice. The food was great, but the scampy ones weren't our thing. Still an absolute recommendation. And thanks for the half-liter tankards, my friend.

Coco julo is a great bar with everything you need. Big screen TVs for the sports great food and good company. A must for everyone visiting or living in Guia.

Situated in a perfect location, with good food and music. The bar has a good atmosphere from morning through to the late evening!

Booked for Sunday lunch, which was fabulous. We have never been before, so we thought we would give it a try. The lunch was lovely, beef and pork, roasties, carrot and swede, cabbage, green beans, carrots, Yorkshire pudding, cauliflower cheese, followed by homemade choice of desserts all for 14 euros. We were made to feel so welcome. The family made the afternoon, and they were so friendly. We had a fabulous few hours. There was also a singer who was very good. You do need to book for the Sunday lunch. Would highly recommend. Drink prices were very reasonable, too. Enjoy ?

Bit late with the review, but better late than never! We have visited this super little bar many times. Carole and Joe are the perfect hosts and their daughter Kylie is a real credit to her parents ? The bar is tucked away in Guia but there are some signs in the village to direct you there. The atmosphere is amazing as are the food and prices. Nothing is too much trouble. They go above and beyond to make sure your first visit is definitely not your last. We tried many different things from the menu, including Chilli and Lasagne (which are all homemade by Carole) and extremely tasty. Every second Sunday, they do a good old-fashioned roast dinner, which is an absolute must. They do two sittings for this, but you have to book in advance. The atmosphere is great with music playing during the day and evening with a singer coming in on a Sunday. Worth a visit you will NOT be disappointed!
