Rooms are ok, it is a small hotel in a central, quiet location. Very clean. Breakfast was tasty, although limited, but completely sufficient. Parking garage 50 meters away, subject to charges. Nice personel. Inexpensive and highly recommended!

I was very disappointed mini bathroom and smell of sewage damaged taps I could hear the noise from the room next door it was 11 pm I wanted to drink a coffee and the bar was already closed The coffee machine with a paper saying out of service Very poor breakfast coffee from the espresso machine was made from barley The photos do not correspond to reality, quality is very expensive.At the very least, what they should do is give me my money back.I don't recommend it to anyone, it was the biggest disappointment I've ever had in 3-star hotels. A shame

Very good location.Friendly hotel staff.The rooms maybe a little old in terms of furniture but clean. Breakfast more than acceptable. It has free parking next to the hotel.

Rooms with poor sound insulation. Lots of street noise that sounded like from the ACs.Some switches and sockets were not in good condition.Incredible sympathy especially from Mr. of Breakfast. 5*

I could not fail to thank you, for the warm welcome we had, qualified, attentive and friendly professionals, I really felt at home, the breakfast is full of pampering and a rare and spectacular service, the suites are clean, organized, air-conditioned, with TV, they don't have a minibar, it's worth it, rustic and cozy decoration, my family and I love it, and we recommend it. There are supermarkets nearby too. Hotel muy bien situado si vas a Óbidos. A tan solo 15 minutos en coche de Óbidos. Se puede aparcar gratis cerca del hotel. Hay recepcionistas las 24h del día y todos los recepcionistas han sido muy educados y muy amables en todo momento. Está muy bien de precio. Es antiguo pero cumple su función. Las habitaciones son muy silenciosas. Me ha gustado mucho

My stay (3 days) went really well. This hotel is certainly rustic in terms of decoration, but we lack nothing. Well located in the city center, near restaurant, underground parking (the hotel lends you a card that pays ?). The breakfast is complete for both sweet and savory. The gentleman who takes care of it is kind ? it's a pleasure ?In the rooms, everything is there, everything you need. I was there only in the evening, so no need for a suite huh ? The bed is 140, enough for 2, extra blankets in the wardrobe.It's clean and we even get little touches, chocolate and a bottle of water every day in the room ?If I go back to Caldas, I would go back ?

Cozy, clean, friendly, affordable, and in the heart of it. Had a great experience there around Christmas, when the Praça next door was all lit up. (Could see the tree from my room). The gentleman at breakfast was so welcoming, and it’s just meters away from the Safflor Indonesian Restaurant (yum) for dinner. Always special when you can have a really nice experience for such a reasonable price.

Not welcoming, no local knowledge as we turned up late due to flight cancellations. The manager said nothing is open in Caldas at this time of night, a quick search allowed us to find a cracking local bar serving snacks. The room was dated with an incredibly uncomfortable bed. Avoid this place.Rooms: Dated and uncomfortable. The bath was damaged with a bath anti slip mat that was dangerous oh and no room in the bath room the shower was like a single jet of Luke warm water.
