The staff this summer season of 2024 was very unpleasant. Yesterday, on July 27, 2024, we were kicked out by the person at the reception. He refused to seat us in the back room, which was almost empty at 9:30 PM, under the pretext that a crowd of customers was going to suddenly appear and fill the restaurant.
We explained that we were loyal customers coming from very far away (Switzerland) every year to enjoy their dishes, which are indeed excellent. However, the receptionist did not want to hear anything and refused to let us sit in the back room for some peace and quiet. As a result, we was forced to go to another restaurant, even though most of the nearby establishments were packed.
We strongly urge the manager of this restaurant to take action against the person who kicked us out. Otherwise, we will be forced to leave a negative comment every 2 days to report the bad experiences with the staff. We hope that the owner of this restaurant will make a commercial gesture to show his commitment to his loyal customers.
