Fresh fish well served in typical Algarvian style. Fish is good, the typical frango chicken is good with solid garlic ? flavor however pieces contain,as usual in Albufeiran style chicken, lots of small bones.

Typical local cuisine without the rush of tourists. A real insider tip among friends. Very tasty, fresh and served with humor and a good mood. Just right to unwind on vacation. Take the slightly longer route, it's worth it.

Very well grilled fish, but hard to control the budget.
We are a mexican family visiting Faro, it took a lot of effort to understand what the restaurant had to offer as a lot of things they didn’t have and they have finish earlier. There was clear difference between regular costumers or locals and foreigners we ask for a specific dish that we later saw served to another person. We waited an hour at least to get our food and a dish a drink we order someone came at the end of our meal to say they didn’t charge it as they didn’t make it ( they forgot to prepare it). The food was great but that doesn’t compensate for the terrible service

We called in here on our way to meet friends in Olhos d'Agua, as one of our party was overcome by the early evening heat. Even though we were not proper cilents, the kindness shown to us by staff and management was exceptional - typical of Portuguese hospitality. Unfortunately, we were flying home the following day, otherwise the atmosphere and the menu would have tempted us back, but it is definitely a place we will be visiting again
