We went today in a group to eat lunch. It was a very disappointing experience. The food was so bad. The piri piri chicken was over cooked hard pcs of chicken and the food took almost an hour, after waiting an hour we all went almost hungry as none of us could eat the chicken. We are surprised to have such bad food and service at W. Being one of the top hotels the food sucks. Do not recommend this place. Save your money, time and appetite.
Very good! Ask for biological wine, mixed sushi and sashimi plate. Very nice overall.

Not recommended for breakfast. “Shakshuka” was a huge loaf of bread sinking in tomato sauce with two poached eggs on top. Coffee was mediocre, like from a vending machine. Staff was friendly and welcoming and took shakshuka off the bill. In general, I’d want to learn from the menu in case the dish is not regular/traditional, but with a twist.

Very cute restaurant and a great atmosphere!Great live music.Good food, we ordered all the starters! Not to mention the truffle pizza, which was great. The ceviche was quite acidic so it wouldn't be a choice for us again. To finish we ordered sea bass which was quite good!Desserts were pretty good too!In terms of service, although they were all quite friendly, they didn't have much training for the purpose since they cut the sea bass in front of us with a serrated knife and the portions were really misshapen and of very different sizes.

The food was delicious, we had fillet steak for our main served with sides of veg that were gorgeous. That had to be the best fillet steak we have had. The staff are very attentive and really friendly. We had a lovely table by the window and there was a singer and saxophonist on. This will be our regular visit every month. Would definitely recommend 100%
