Expensive for what it is. When paying, the staff insisted that we not pay part in cash and part by card, making up a bogus excuse. Too bad because the setting was nice

After a day spent on the beautiful beach, we wanted to end the day with a little ice cream/drink in a very well located restaurant. Unfortunately, the waiters had other things to do than take care of the customers and after 10 minutes with my children (who were fed up), we went elsewhere. PS: it was 5:30 p.m., the restaurant was almost empty.

Really loved Pedras Amarelas. The food was excellent and by far the best meal I've had in Portugal. And the best cocktail too!!! The staff were really friendly and welcoming, happy to help answer any questions and gave us good recommendations. The view was amazing and was so lovely to sit and eat and look at the sunset. The food was a bit more expensive than other restaurants we've visited in the area but it was not over the top and well worth it.
The restaurant had a rooftop area, a seating area outside and inside seating. There was good music playing and a really great atmosphere.
I noticed there is an ATM on the side of the building and the restaurant is right next to the beach. They had a sign advising that shoes and a top must be worn. Also found that they do offer highchairs for children when needed.
We came back the following day for lunch and found that the deserts were also amazing. Husband described his as heavenly! Wished we had found this place earlier!
Parking: Right next to the restaurant. Small to medium sized car park. Would estimate 50 spaces.
Kid-friendliness: There isn't a specific section on the evening menu that I noticed but they did have high chairs and there were children enjoying their food :)

We went to the full moon festival which is incredible, a very nice beach and a very friendly and family atmosphere. Just pay attention to the time as bars and restaurants usually close at 10 am and then you may have difficulty having dinner.

Fantastic place, whether for a lighter lunch or a more refined dinner. I've been going to this beach for over 20 years and I've never been so satisfied with the service at Pedras Amarelas, everyone goes the extra mile to have the best time of our vacation while we're at the bar! Without a doubt the best staff ever! Thank you João and everyone else for your kindness, you really made a difference to our vacation! Finally, great location, on one of the best beaches in the Algarve!
