NEVER AGAIN. The way they treated us was criminal. We chosed a menu and the waiter accepted our order, but in the end they decided to told us it wasnt available… the price was pretty higher, and they made us pay.
Food: awful fried banana, the beans were there directly dropped from the can, the meat, few were ok. We lost the count on how many times we were ignored by some waiters. Almost all of the extras were flavourless. Totally scammed and mistreated. DONT STEP IN THIS PLACE.

Where to start? Nothing good in this restaurant: staff that ignores customers and doesn't bring the order even after being called 4 times, overcooked and poor quality meat, terrible side dishes (frozen potatoes and beans directly from the can onto the plate), and finally we went deceived in choosing the carvery because 2 prices appear on the menu when in fact it is just one menu that exists only differentiating between lunch and dinner.
I don't know how anyone can review a restaurant like this positively. DO NOT EAT HERE PLEASE!

Completely cooked meat, it looked like rubber. Horrible service, they ignored us several times when we wanted to order more side dishes. And the most serious thing is that we paid more because they didn't tell us that there was only the €29.5 dinner menu when we ordered the €24 one.

If anyone is thinking about visiting this establishment, I advise you to think twice. As soon as we arrive, the dirtiness of the place is already a big warning sign. I found glass on the table and this is not just carelessness, it is a lack of respect for the customer. Furthermore, the prices are absurdly high for what they offer. I left there deeply dissatisfied.

As for the food, it was a complete disaster. Dishes were burnt, poorly presented, and clearly prepared without the slightest care. The experience was so bad that, if I could, I would give it zero stars. But unfortunately I had to give one star, because the system doesn't allow less.

The service is simply deplorable. Disorganized, and, to make matters worse, they make fun of anyone who tries to complain. I have never felt so disrespected in a restaurant. In short, it's a place I don't recommend to anyone.

In this restaurant, I had a rather unpleasant experience. When I arrived, I noticed that the table and floor were dirty, including glass scattered around. One of my friends ended up cutting himself on one of those glasses at the table, which started to ruin our night.

The situation got worse when we started receiving the dishes. The potatoes arrived first, but the meat took more than 15 minutes to arrive, which forced us to eat in bites. Every time we asked for more potatoes, rice or drinks the delay was absurd. We spent the whole dinner waiting for something, which was extremely frustrating.

To make matters worse, the side dishes were served in the form of cereal bowls, which I found very inappropriate for dinner. Furthermore, communication between employees seemed chaotic and the lack of professionalism was evident when we complained about the delay. We spent more than 15 minutes without meat and, when we finally complained, four employees appeared with different meats. One of them made a sarcastic comment, saying that they would only serve us again in three hours. (I still don't understand the joke)

Furthermore, I recommend being careful with your food. The rice appeared to be from the bottom of the pan, with some burnt parts. The beans had a strange flavor, like they were burnt or something. The banana was horrible, unfit for consumption.

This experience revealed serious problems in the service and organization of the restaurant. I recommend an urgent improvement in internal communication and greater respect for customers, especially when dealing with criticism.

The food is not bad, but the service is terrible, it took them a while to serve us the food (later than others who arrived later), but the worst thing is that they charged us for a dish that we had not eaten, it is not the first time that we happens in Albufeira, when complaining, not even a simple apology, if it sneaks up, be careful

The worst restaurant I've been to in my entire life, 1 hour waiting for food I ate a chicken leg and another 1 hour of waiting I asked for the complaints book and paid €62 for 2 cokes and 2 chicken legs....

I came here with some friends 4 years ago and we had a great experience. Returning to this area of ​​the Algarve, we remembered this place and decided to return for a nice dinner.
We made a reservation over the phone for 6 people. When we got here, they didn't have a table prepared for us and we had to stay on the terrace under the air conditioning, where water fell on us.
Once we were seated, a waiter came with a menu who didn't wait for us to read it and only left when we asked for a little time. So we decided to order three “Picanha Burgers” and three Sliced ​​Picanha.
First of all, zero friendliness from the staff, they just rushed us and were rude.
When the dishes arrived, it was a total disappointment. One of the worst meals we've ever eaten. One of the picanha dishes was ordered with rice that never came, something that was predicted by the fact that they didn't write down the order. The picanha was mediocre and came with potatoes that were clearly frozen, and in one of the dishes they were not hot. But the worst part was the burgers. First of all, they are not sirloin either here or in China. When we asked, they responded with “Yes, it’s picanha. Do not see?" and shrugging shoulders in a disrespectful manner. It's a burger that is worse than a frozen supermarket burger, and it was not at all edible. This costing just over €16 is unacceptable.
Overall it was a bad experience that was quite expensive. I will never go back and if anyone is considering coming, don't come at all.
