Today, 7 people, 5 adults and two children, went to dinner at this restaurant that seemed good to us. The beginning of the service left something to be desired. The man at the entrance, I think he was the boss, had little or no sympathy when we entered and asked for a table. The service started well, until they forgot some things, including the starters that never came. We ordered 3 chickens, first 2 divided into two large platters (supposedly), and then one more that came divided into two portions of half chicken. One of the half doses went back because it was a little burnt and dry. When the half-portion trays arrived, we confirmed with the waiter the quantity, as from the beginning we talked about ordering a total of 3 chickens. Even on one of the large platters, there were two chicken legs, assuming that the quantity was actually one chicken. When it came time to pay, we spoke to the man at the cashier, who continued with his arrogance, as the invoice was charged for 8 half doses. 4 chickens. We explained what we ordered, 3 chickens in total, and we even talked about it with the waiter. When they called this man, to our faces he said that what was there was what we consumed. When the quantity of the dishes was corrected more than once, because the chicken was broken into small pieces and it was not possible to understand the quantity. They ended up justifying that they could distribute 1 and a half chicken per dish. In other words, we paid for something we didn't eat, or didn't order. They had no interest in seeing the customer's side, or in this case what was right. I don't recommend this place. Only the youngest employees show any sympathy. And I mention again, that the person at the entrance who is in the box, if he is the boss, leaves a lot to be desired!
