Canceled my confirmed reservation a week before my stay due to “repairs” and “insect cleaning” highly doubt that this is the kind of maintainance that the guesthouse knows in such a short notice and is not planned much more ahead. Did my reservation month and half in advance. Good luck to me to find another accommodation in such a short notice without having to pay double the price.

A great location, the manager of the lodging is very friendly and attentive. The site was very clean, tidy and scented.The windows are soundproof, because it is in the old town, where all the party and restaurant atmosphere is.The only flaw is that it only has a fan, the rooms do not have air conditioning. But in relation to price/quality it is unbeatable. I would repeat without a doubt.
