Ordered for dinner, called me 30min later saying it would take 40-50min to get to us.
1:10h later no pizza, called them, no answer. Called the central to ask what was taking so long, as normal delivery time is 30min, was told it should be here any minute and status.
2h later no pizza and we were forced to go eat somewhere else.

Several phone calls made where they always indicated that they would deliver within a short time?
And now they don't even answer the phone anymore

The worst service ever in a telepizza store. I placed an order online at 1:50 pm with an estimated delivery time of 2:35 pm, I called at 2:45 pm to complain about the delay because the page said that I would have already received the pizzas, when I was surprised by the manager's response saying that they were out of stock of ice tea and that's why the order was late! I ask if it wouldn't have been a good idea to call the customer to change the order? The delivery time had already passed and no one contacted me to even make the necessary changes? Apparently the order hadn't even left the store.I waited, I waited.... I called again at 3pm saying that I would only wait another 5 minutes for the order or it would be cancelled. When I saw the page to follow the order, I saw that it was no longer ready for delivery. I receive a call at 4:20 pm saying that you have my order... seriously? After an hour and a half, did they want to deliver? Regrettable service!
