Was solo travelling and visited this restaurant since it has a nice view by the terrace. However, their service towards a solo traveller like me was not great at all. From the photo I posted, the food wasn’t fantastic at all. The only upside I could give this restaurant is just the terrace view they have.

The Swordfish was somehow worse than the Olives and the Olives were foul. Seriously. How can any restaurant screw up Olives? The Beach Basket found a way. Avoid.

We had an amazing experience. From the main door, greeted by Katia and then served by J.P. everything was wow. Also, the view is amazing also!! So, do stop here!
The restaurant has a beautiful terrace. We were fortunate enough to have a table right overlooking the sea.
We ordered several dishes: scallops, octopus, cataplana, clams, etc. All were superb. The fish was fresh, not frozen.
It was cooked correctly. The value for money was fair. I highly recommend it.

If you value being treated with dignity, avoid this establishment at all costs. We attempted to enjoy a meal here with our baby and two toddlers, but the staff were shockingly rude from the start. After we were seated on the side, we asked to move inside for our comfort, only for the waiter to audaciously warn us, “if the baby cries, we will have a problem.” I was initially shocked and then furious at this thinly veiled threat to kick us out if our baby got upset. Such insensitivity and terrible service are unacceptable. We decided to leave, only to have the bar staff argue with us and accuse us of being bad customers. It was utterly unbelievable. Don’t waste your time or hard-earned money here. There are far better places that treat customers with the respect they deserve..

Don’t waste your money here! The staff are incredibly rude, avoid at all costs! My friends and I visited this restaurant in the middle of a hot day with young children. We were initially seated in an area where there was no breeze or relief from the heat so we kindly asked to be seated elsewhere more comfortable. Once reseated a waiter asked my friend to tell their baby to stop crying as it was not good for their atmosphere (only 2 other tables occupied!) which we found incredibly rude and ridiculous. When asked about the comment the staff began to argue with us! We decided a place like this doesn’t deserve our money and left. If you’re thinking about going I wouldn’t bother!

We ordered the food, which was decent, and then we decided to get the desserts. I ordered a chocolate fondant, and my friend got a crème brûlée. My dessert was a bit stiff but I didn’t mind it, however the sugar on top of the crème brûlée was hard and just sank to the bottom without cracking. The dessert itself was freezing cold, even though the pot was warm. We had the impression that it was microwaved and just not up to standard in general.
My friend had complained about it to the waiter politely, and unfortunately the waiter did not apologise for the frustration with the dessert nor did he communicate anything further. When we have asked for the bill, the waiter was just not talking to us at all and rolling his eyes.
I came up to a different server after covering the bill to explain that we would appreciate it if the server wasn’t so rude to us and simply try to resolve the situation. The server said that they made the dessert up to standard and that’s why they “defend” their point in such way, which is, in our opinion, quite rude.
Me and my friend were trying to resolve the miscommunication in a nicest way possible as it is our first day of our stay here, but the waiters were not as accommodating as we would expect them to be.
My friend and I are both working in customer service/hospitality, so we were taken back that our first restaurant experience here was very poor.

The "mediterranean hamburger" was very bad. The meat quality is really poor, like those cheap ones deep frozen that you can buy in supermarkets. I'd give two stars because it was edible, however I did not enjoy it all, and I give one more star for the fabulous view from the reasturant. The reason why we chose it. Service was ok. I cannot say any more positive things about this restaurant unfortunately.

Great view... But the food wasn't anything special... I ordered bread with garlic and cheese as a starter... A roll came with gratinated cheese (like a baked roll). The fish soup was ok... The squid was good... My fish was dry and the dish generally needed more spices or sophistication... We paid about 50 euros... But we would only because of it Recommend the view. Service was friendly and accommodating...
