A bit of a mixed review in general. The location was confusing - it's a pretty swanky restaurant right next to the buzzing Strip, which made it good for people watching, but was pretty chaotic with the restaurant's chill music mixing with the club sounds of the next street!
The service was friendly, the food and drink looked beautiful, and the staff were very helpful with providing the vegan menu.
The food was both amazing and average - the bruschetta was the best thing my boyfriend ate all trip, whilst the tofu ravioli had a grainy texture.
It was a nice meal, and we loved people watching on the balcony with our drinks, so we'd probably recommend coming here for drinks and starters!

Excellent restaurant at the entrance to the pedestrian street of Albufeira, a little expensive, but it's high season, the meal was excellent, my partner had salmon with bulgur, for my part I had grilled octopus with beet chips, beet puree and a kind of gratin dauphinois. the dishes were excellent for dessert, we had an orange crème brûlée that was just as good... with a bottle of rosé and a bottle of water all for 82 euros, we recommend.

This restaurant is an absolute gem in the middle of the party zone. The food is amazing, such good quality! And the staff was so friendly too. Definitely consider going there for a nice dinner. Try the croquettes !!!

Excellent meal in Praia da oura in Portugal. It is upstairs so if you have mobility issues be aware. Excellent fillet steak with chunky chips and salad. Side dishes are all extra. Piri piri chicken was good with amazing creamed mash potatoes. The staff were attentive and very pleasant. Delicious vanilla ice cream to finish.

It was exactly what we were looking for. Grilled chicken with grilled vegetables. Everything very fresh and with delicious roasted aromas. Service very attentive and nice. Even if the ambience around it might not suit you, you should have the courage to go to the restaurant. You won't regret it.

Very attractive restaurant with very tasty meals. We only had a board for a quick snack with a cooling drink. But it definitely left me wanting more.

We have this idea that restaurants close to the tourist area are not very good, but this one pleasantly surprised us from start to finish! Wonderful passion fruit sangria, suckling pig balls starters and delicious prawns dipped in bread! We ordered the Wagyu picanha which was perfect, accompanied by fries, purple sweet potato puree and rice, all delicious! For dessert I ended up ordering the white chocolate cake, which was good, but nothing surprising! The view from the balcony at sunset is beautiful!

The best! Honestly, I've been visiting the Algarve for almost 20 years and most of the time in Albufiera but have never eaten at The Market. We ate there this evening for our anniversary and can genuinely say the food, service and ambience was right up there with some of the finest restaurants I've ever eaten in. The price was also surprisingly fair.
We had a couple of cocktails, wine and some fizz and all were spot on. We were never rushed, didn't feel as though they wanted our table and always felt well looked after.
Spoke to Rodney (the smartly dressed top guy at front of house) and the owner (didn't get his name) to share how good our experience was which I'd never normally do but it was special in every way!
Would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone on the Algarve but not even just as a an 'occasion' restaurant, but as somewhere to have as your regular place to eat. I'm definitely heading back before we travel home.
Give it a go and you won't regret it! Thank you
