We didn't get to have lunch, a long waiting time, completely disorganized service, staff with their hands wavering from one side to the other, empty tables to seat 20 people and the waiting list didn't extend for more than 30m. Alcacer is 10m from the highway, it could be a reference for those who are traveling and cannot eat after 2pm.

For lunch we ordered roe crumbs with rooster fish fillets. The crumbs, in addition to not knowing anything, didn't have eggs. We spoke to the owner's son-in-law who took care to analyze the crumbs and confirm the absence of roe. He said he was going to order a new dish from the kitchen, which we declined. In the end, to pay, it was the boss who came to the table, we took the opportunity to talk about the migas, which he completely devalued and who finally even said ..." because he is " without any interest in the complaint presented. I won't be back.

Employees don't speak Portuguese, owner has a superiority complex, unfriendly and rude! Hard bread, it looks like cornbread! Big cuttlefish fished in the mud! I went with my friends and we left feeling like we lost money! Lights out outside with people having dinner. Honest opinion, if you are thinking about going, turn left!

I came to have lunch with my family. The dogfish soup and fried cuttlefish were very good. The prawn salad was good in general, however, the prawns were not properly cleaned, meaning they still had their intestines in them. I had to remove it from each shrimp and place it on the edge of the plate. Other than that, nothing else to point out.
