I only give 3 stars because the food and price ratio is not balanced.....a little expensive for what was served, 2 dishes of rice with fillets, 1 jug of wine, bread and olives and 1 coffee 43 euros a little exaggerated

It is worth highlighting the friendliness and excellent service of the people. A rustic, fresh and welcoming space. The food is tasty, with a commendable presentation and in portions that everyone will like. The homemade desserts sold out in an instant as they were so appetizing, we were still able to taste the chocolate and mango mousse that reminded us of our grandmothers' desserts. Without a doubt an excellent restaurant to recommend.

Very pleasant space with very high quality grilled meats. I recommend.
Well prepared and tasty food. The grilled meats we had for dinner were delicious and tender, as were the side dishes.The only negative point was the huge number of mosquitoes that tried to eat us alive, and the unpleasant way in which the kitchen chef treated one of the employees.

Very good, tasty food.We were staying at the hotel and booked dinner thinking it would be with a menu and they didn't tell us it was a different concept.Dinner was meat by weight, so the price was absurd because we said one meat and in the end another came (our misunderstanding)Attention, the meat was fabulous, but mixing well-done lizards with rare veal loin in the same 'plate' is unpleasant.I had to choose on the plate because I can't eat rare meat.I ordered a soup, which only came after the dish, having been advised of this when the meat was already ready (another lack of attention from the staff).In general, great food, but I recommend that the hotel in the reservations advise customers that dinner is only meat by weight.

Lunch at Taberna da Barrosinha, today 20.8.23 left a lot to be desired fried petinga with coriander rice, which were not petingas but mackerel fried in very dark oil and some with tripe,Very poorly served portions, the salad with almost whole lettuce leaves and the ends old. Doses are served for children not for adults. Very friendly staff but the kitchen will have to think more about the service provided. We all left dissatisfied and wanting to eat, we even asked for another dose and they didn't serve it.Negative note.

We passed by car several times and outdoor lighting called our attention.After checking on maps, menu seemed interesting and we decided to stop by. For our surprise, new management took it over, and menu variety turned limited to just meat-fries-salad.Management informed us afterwards about the new project.Location definitely has potential and plenty of decorative opportunities, but they are still on a very very early stage, such as service (still a bit chaotic, cold serving…)Very interesting and affordable locally produced wine.Mosquitoes’ presence definitely needs to be fixed somehow.Although the experience had improvement room (only two weeks opened) we will definitely give it another try when passing by again.
