Bar do Guincho offers a beautiful sea view and pleasant service. The ceviche and coffee are good, though the oysters are average. Prices are higher than average Lisbon spots but reasonable given the tourist location. The staff is friendly, and dogs are welcome outside with fresh water provided. Worth a visit for a drink or snack.
