The hotel does not correspond to the 4 stars; bad smell in the bathroom, poor soundproofing from the noise of the wind (which blows a lot all day, even at night), the bathroom is very old, it has no refrigerator or hairdryer. The beach has a lot of wind and sea, you cannot enjoy it except windsurf lovers. The service attention is friendly.

Amazing to see the beach that was featured in the 1969 James Bond movie On Her Majesty's Secret Service. The dunes might have changed over the years but the beach is still like over 50 years ago. You can still feel that something is special about this place! And yes, the wind in the summer months is strong, perfect for wind surfers and all those who love strong wind sports! Go for it! Definitely a must see place!

Spectacular place with charm and history, with incredible views and a 10% treatment from the employees, friendly, helpful and always attentive to any request, especially Ana at the reception, a charming and very appropriate girl and attentive to detail. The first That night when we arrived we asked if the room could have a terrace (since ours didn't have one) and he did us the favor and changed our room, giving us luckily a SUITE with views of the sea and the pool and with a terrace. A place to which we will return whenever we can.
Rooms: The rooms are being renovated and it shows that they are new and that every detail is being looked at so that the hotel is as good as possible.

Great location with a spacious and modern room. We had a room with an ocean view and it was very nice and super spacious. Everything seemed well maintained and we had our room serviced quickly when requested by hanging our door tag. We wished breakfast had a few more options or some different options from day to day as it quickly gets a bit repetitive after a few days, but overall we were satisfied with the breakfast food.

Very nice place, ideal for surfing. We went there in low season and it was very quiet. The room was very large and had a terrace overlooking the beach. The breakfast buffet was correct, little variety but enough.

Such a gorgeous place, really old school vibes and definitely could do with some updating but I felt that added to the charm. The views were absolutely spectacular and lots of little places to visit for food and walks along the coast. Bolt to Cascais anywhere from €5 plus depending on availability.
