“Fantastic experience , both for vegetarian and non -vegetarian people , having a full course vegetarian on the level of “haute-cousine” is pretty rare for a “set menu” kind of places. Exquisite experience , we were the only once in the room , and that was also a magnificent experience to watch the team cooking (doing their magic?) at the open kitchen.
