It was a bad experience. Not very friendly service and the waffle was hard as a stone. I asked to change it and they offered to "heat it up", to which I agreed thinking that they would take out the scoop of ice cream but no, they gave it back to me harder and with the ice cream melted ?

Their Carrot cake and Galão are my favorite to order. Nothing beats Portuguese coffee, in my opinion, and getting it from Jeronymo is a cherry on top. Service is amazing, everyone is bi-lingual, either with English or Spanish, so I never have a hard time communicating with them. Try em out if you ever see or live close to one.
