They didn't have receipts, they didn't give me change (it was 1 cent but it's still my money and I've never seen such a thing happen in my life) and they didn't have drinks that I ordered in fresh cans. The food is mediocre at best.It was my first time trying Taco Bell and it doesn't paint a very good picture.

Taco Bell was my favorite fast food restaurant, before opening in Portugal I often went to Spain on purpose to eat at a Taco Bell. When it opened in Portugal I was super happy and until last year I was satisfied. Unfortunately this year, everything changed. I started out thinking it was a problem with the restaurant in Sintra, but today I went to the one in Cascais and unfortunately it was the same. The size of the sandwiches has almost halved and the price has increased... it's surreal. Unfortunately, I will never go to your restaurant again. It's unacceptable. I didn't even want to believe it. Good luck with your policy. You lost 2 customers who loved your concept.

I always have a meal at the place but today in my order I asked for a snack of roasted chicken and I got a lot of pasta and the stuffing nothing, I went to the counter and the attendants said that I would have to open the snack to check that it was placed, and after doing the exchange came to tell me that I wouldn't have to complain about anything because I wasn't sure what I was saying, my indignation was that I told her all the time in a low tone of voice and with politeness and the same along with the colleagues and the manager were laughing at the situation which I was embarrassed and asked to wrap my order I couldn't make the snack on the spot.
