The atmosphere in the room we stayed in was pleasant and peaceful, but it was very stuffy. The service was very friendly.
I ate Fried Choco with Coriander Açorda and I liked it. The sausage was great, but the cuttlefish had some very gristly pieces; those that were tender were good.
For dessert I ordered the Honey and Walnut Cake and I really liked it; very different, very tasty.

We came to try Tasca do Gino, or Porto Santana, after reading a review on Google that caught our attention. Although it's not the first time we've had dinner in Alcácer do Sal on our way to the Algarve, we always look for a new restaurant that surprises us. This time, I believe we have discovered a real treasure. This restaurant, known by many, serves dishes that are truly delicious. To drink, we ordered a white sangria. As for the food, we chose to be surprised. When someone invites me to dinner at their home, I don't choose the dish; Likewise, in quality restaurants, I ask the waiter to surprise us and serve us what he considers to be the best in the house. It's always a funny episode to convince the waiter to bring a dish he chose, but it's a fun experience that usually results in pleasant surprises. We were served a magnificent roe stew with catfish fillets, very fresh, and delicious razor clam rice, very brothy, with an authentic taste of the sea. The razor clams were soft and tasty, everything was really excellent! Finally, we couldn't resist trying the pine nut jam, which, as it was quite sweet, went perfectly with the lemon. We didn't even have coffee, as we needed to walk a bit to help digest this wonderful dinner. Many thanks to the cook and employees for the excellent service. We will definitely be back!
