Bad experience.When I first made a reservation, I got there and a very rude lady at the register told me to wait outside because the table was still dirty. We waited about 20 minutes, the table was clean and they didn't call us, I had to go there and ask if we could come in.Placing the order was another difficulty, about 30 minutes before someone came to the table, by the way the same lady who was at the cash register was rude.The order arrived, there were 4 of us, only the order for 3 arrived, the other only arrived when we had all finished. Note that all the burgers had no flavor at all, I was really disappointed, the only good thing was the mayonnaise.I went there in November 2023 and had a cool experience, the burger was good, there was also a delay but not that long.We honestly intend not to go back there.

Perfect service, of the burgers I would like to highlight the mint and lime mayonnaise and the bolo do caco, the meat, although cooked to the right point, lacked seasoning and the taste itself was not pleasing. I also didn't find anything special about the homemade bread, giving preference to the bolo do caco without a doubt. The potato was nice and with the mayonnaise it was perfect.

It was an incredible space, with positive service, good food...At this point, 1 year after our last trip there, we were all disappointed.In addition to the entire team not having the same joy, not being communicative... the quality of the food dropped significantly.The bolo do caco was very very thin, completely soaked in butter and very little toasted.The burger maintained its quality, but the bread was completely cold...The completely unsalted and flavored potatoes were...In our opinion, the quality has dropped significantly for the prices charged.

Good burgers, tasty and well prepared, with fair portions for the price. I ordered the apple panacotta and it was spectacular! I recommend making a reservation; we had the last table for couples by the door... Always opening and closing, with the cold, made everything very unpleasant. It's worth it for the food.
