Service a little slow...employees serving customers while having lunch leads to errors. I placed an order for lunch which was wrong (even though I was the only customer at the time). The order was not taken back because the girl who answered apologized and was very polite. Payment only with cash and without prior notice (there should be information on the door that there is no ATM) Still, the bifana was TOP.
Parking: The location in front of the Alcobaça Monastery is good, very central.

How wonderful! A typically Portuguese space that did not give in even a single millimeter to foreigners. I was served by a very friendly gentleman who was finishing up some things at the bar and when I asked if there were steaks, he replied "I'll see if there's bread. If there's bread, there's steaks"❤️ There was bread and the steaks "are already warm, someone just made them" (so ours) One of the best steaks I've ever eaten, wonderfully well served, the fresh bread was still crunchy (it was around 8pm) very tasty (I was going to ask for mustard but then I smelled the packaging and asked for it to be taken away) and... very cheap €3.50 served with pala pala potato. While I waited I drank some ginginha, of course! Chaste space. Mandatory if you are in Alcobaça.
