Great place, it worths the visit. Went for the first time to Alcochete and we had a great time there, the lunch was amazing in a great location and easy to park nearby. We went for the octopus salad to start, and sea bass from Algarve grilled on coal, boiled potatoes and a little salad. Finished with a coffee and a amarguinha, Portuguese almond liquor. Great quality and service. Friendly price

The restaurant is old and the simple decor is traditional. The food is really excellent. I've been there a few times and the food is always very good. The sea bream is really good and the clams are perfect and perfectly seasoned. The house wine is also very good. What leaves something to be desired is the service. That would be something to work on and the waitresses would be nicer. I believe that this type of service suits them, the waitresses match your style. If you like the service, it's ok, otherwise it was me in this last experience, it was terrible. It took more than 20 minutes to be served and it was almost empty. I asked for some salt which was forgotten, I asked the other person and she said just a minute and it went on for minutes and more minutes. I gave up ordering a dessert because it was really bad and paying to be treated badly and seeing the waiters talk about us was a bit boring. She kept looking back and was talking about our table with the man who was at the register. I find it unpleasant and lack of respect for the customer. So, my evaluation is about the service and the waitresses could be more polite, friendly and respect the customer. The food is amazing, it's worth going there and having this experience.

I had grilled sole, it was super fresh and very good. The atmosphere and the employee, Beatriz, is wonderful, super friendly, a good advisor and always finds a place for us to sit. First and second customers.I made a reservation for lunch and arrived at the reserved time. When I arrive, the restaurant has empty tables but they tell me to wait a few minutes and I'll be seated. Meanwhile, other customers arrive and are seated at empty tables. After a while, when I ask, they tell me that they are finishing a table so that we can sit. I mentioned that there were empty tables, because I wasn't seated there, to which I was told that they were reservation tables (I had also reserved). If they didn't have a table, they didn't reserve it. Not like this. I left and I won't come back
