A summary of the sad experience of thinking it would be a good choice to eat here:
Service without instruction and instrumentation, menu apparently good but poorly executed and I'm not even talking about a Gin and tonic without the tonic. I don't recommend it even to anyone who wants something quick, as my pizza took 40 minutes.

It wasn't busy so we got our pizza pretty quickly. Pizza tastes good and the size is completely sufficient.

The service is extremely slow, as in all of Portugal. The meals are very delicious and satisfying. If you have plenty of time, I think you should stop by.

I sat on the terrace
When a "person" arrived, he asked if he wanted anything.
Yes a beer
Have you already passed through the entrance?
No
They have to go through the entrance...
I think I'll pass it another time
HOW EMBARRASSING
I thought the quantity of food was small for the price!

- Tiny pizzas
- Tiny kids meals with such little meat on the spaghetti
- no gluten free options available
- salad came with a piece of pasta that's not standard. Salad also had old leafs!
- you are only "served" to get to the table with menus, from there it's basically self service, call us to order food, call us to pay the bill, call us to remove plates
- not ONE of the staff was kind, shocking!

Stopped by while shopping. We stood at the entrance waiting to be seated per the sign request after several employees looked at us and didn’t bother helping about 2 minutes later I walked up and asked if we could be seated. Extremely slow service. We ordered our drinks and food and after 30 minutes we were still waiting for the drinks (water and 2 cans of Coca-Cola.) after calling the waitress over to inquire about it, we got our drinks within 1 minute. Still had to wait a long period of time for our food meanwhile we literally watch other people come in after us, order and receive their pasta dishes before us. They were not super busy besides my party there were 8 other tables. Food was mediocre at best!! If you enjoy wasting money and having bad food then visit this place otherwise stay away!!

Ordered food still waiting. Absolutely waiting after 40 minutes. No drinks on the table. Customer service is lacking. Don't visit the restaurant.

Restaurantji Recommends
- 50min wait.
- Tasteless pizza, I think it's a frozen pizza to which they add a few ingredients and too much spice (grated cheese not melted)
- A lot of flies.

The restaurant space is very beautiful and well decorated, unfortunately on the day of my visit it was very hot and I don't know if their air conditioning worked or not, but even inside the restaurant the temperature was almost unbearable. It also didn't help that the service was so slow, we waited more than 45 minutes for the food.
We ordered a calzone and a pasta carbonara, which luckily were both delicious, that's what saved us. Garlic bread with cheese as a starter is a must, served on pizza bread.

I went for lunch with another friend and in the end I thought the price was too expensive. We ordered *just one* pizza and they charged more than 12 euros for it (I'm talking about a small pizza that one person could easily eat alone) and we still had to pay for the drinks, separately.
The biggest flaw in restaurants nowadays is the lack of a reasonable relationship between price and the portion of food served (here the customer pays too much to be served less)!
