Funny place, but that's it! After waiting 45 minutes we asked why there was so much delay in a "fast food" place that starts making food as soon as it opens! Without getting any, I repeat, any response from the staff or an apology, a weak francesinha and a so-so bitoque arrived! Never again, lack of respect for customers, at least an explanation and apology!

Even if they have a lot of product for made a simple tosta vegetarian, they say NO when i ask just if it was possible to do a change in a tosta from the menu…I can’t believe that this wasn’t possible, the waiter didn’t even ask to the kitchen…is 2024 this kind of discrimination for me is unacceptable!

You have to order at the counter (self-service), but it is not easy to see the options to choose from while waiting. You choose from a sign near the cashier and when you arrive you see that there is another card with more options. Very confusing. We had to wait a looong time for our food and we ordered a wrap, some spaghetti and some fries. We also ordered a lemonade that was supposed to be natural and was 100% artificial, which comes in a small glass. And what I liked least was the spaghetti with chicken, because the chicken was full of cartilage. The wrap was good. The decoration inside was “uncomfortable” to me because it had so many lamps hanging from the ceiling and my 1.8m husband hit his head because they were so low.
Kid-friendliness: They have chairs for babies.

Mediocre service, many disorganized staff. Good food.
This place is a disappointment every time when to comes to their food. This time I had to take a picture of what we got and post it. Literally paid almost 4€ for 2 slices of thick bread (which supposedly is homemade, and they weren't even fresh) a tiny tab of butter on one slice with layers of cheese in-between. The cappuccino water was burning hot and the coffee was just bland. I mean if it wasn't for the location of the place and the outdoor seats next to the playground, we'd never sit here otherwise. Probably one of the worst coffee shops we've been to in Portugal.

Huge queue to be served, very expensive meals/toasts/salads, etc.The waiting time for both the queue and the food is immense.We went on Thursday and it was amazing.The staff are very hardworking, but it seems insufficient for so many customers
