I just don't give it 0 stars because it's not possible. I've been to this restaurant many times and the food is good but the service is not worth the food. Today I had a reservation for 8pm, made by Google, because they didn't answer my call, and when I got there they told my brother that the reservation was for 9pm, and they told me that there was no reservation and that they didn't receive reservations made by Google. Not only was there no apology, because they certainly made a mistake with the time and at 8pm the restaurant was full, but the owner was rude, rude, unfriendly and even spoke in a loud tone without any respect. He didn't even try to find a solution, he just turned his back and ignored our existence, and to make matters worse we had a baby with us, there was not the slightest bit of respect.

Tried to come here for dinner and was turned away because I was alone. Really awful experience as the waitress initially greeted me and the manager/owner literally shooed me out of the almost empty restaurant. Maybe cultural difference but really important to know that you won’t be show kindness if you’re hungry and traveling alone or your husband is too jet lagged to come to dinner with you. Went to Restaurante Salineiro instead and had a great time.

I tried it for the first time and really enjoyed the meal.Without a doubt, the food is very tasty. However, the service leaves a little to be desired.... I didn't feel it was very friendly and it didn't make sense to have 1 person for each role (one to take notes on the food, another to take notes on the drink and another to set/clear the table).When we wanted to order a drink "it's up to my colleague", when we wanted to order a butter "it's up to my colleague, I'll just clear the table".This doesn't make sense, considering that the space is not large
