I've been sitting for over half an hour waiting to receive my order. There is just one guy making all the orders and the store is completely full. Surreal, I've never seen such slow service.

I don't recommend going on the weekend!
Immense time waiting for orders, huge queues and very few employees responding quickly and effectively to their service.
Regarding the quality of the food/drink, nothing to write home about, everything was excellent as always!

Good afternoon.

This afternoon I went to the Starbucks location and placed an order for a venti vanilla frappuccino. However, the only good thing about this frappuccino was the ice, as it didn't even have a vanilla flavor.
I almost had to pour out all the vanilla powder that the jar had.
I've never had an experience like this, and I've visited many franchise establishments.
I will not return to this establishment in Alcochete.

I've been coming here for a few years and it's been losing quality like I've never seen, whether it's very crowded or not, the quality has been decreasing every time I come here, which is no longer as frequent as it used to be.
But today was too much, not only did they not have the new "frozen" drinks, which is unacceptable as they are new drinks, as I am a gold customer I had the opportunity to try them before at other starbucks and they always were and they hadn't come out yet, let alone after they had left open to everyone. They still made a mistake with the food after repeating the order 3 times at the cashier, as I still receive this wonderful drink that I paid for as "large" it was lower than "small" as they put almost 3 cubes of ice here, I think this is a joke and completely unacceptable.. ... unfortunately this area is the closest I can get and so I still come here from time to time but if this happens again I will never set foot here again.

I only report my visit on May 22, 2024, noting that I had a good experience previously, about 15 days ago, at this same Starbucks.
This time the glasses where we were served our drinks were dirty on the outside, with several marks from what appeared to be fingerprints.
The ham on the croissant was partially dried out on the part exposed to the air, clearly a sign that it had been exposed for too long and in an unrefrigerated place.
The service was mechanical, without the slightest bit of friendliness, both from the cashier and from those who completed the order (this, not even a "here you have it", a "bon appetit", "thank you for waiting", nothing that is even a minimum of cordiality required).
For what you pay, this type of service is unbelievable.

They were wrong twice...I ordered a caramel machiatto and it came without coffee, I went to complain and do you know what I received? Again, just milk with ice and caramel. After this situation I gave up and drank the milk with ice!
