Glass Terrace at Sheraton Resort Cascais offers a great dining experience with a beautiful terrace and a dream view of the pine forest. The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with a well-organized menu managed by Bruno Oliveira. Despite lockdown restrictions, guests enjoyed a 4-course Christmas menu and a creative 5-course New Year's Eve menu with accompanying wines. The festive decorations and attentive service from staff like Sofia, Nono, and Sumon made dining a feel-good experience. The quality and preparation of dishes, such as the grilled salmon, were impressive and done to perfection. The restaurant, which can accommodate about 50 people, strictly adhered to all necessary COVID-19 hygiene regulations to ensure the safety of guests. The friendly and exceptional service, along with creatively prepared dishes like the classic "patatas bravas," left a lasting impression on diners.
