In the drive at 4pm after making payment I asked at the second window if they could add a happy meal to my order which I was refused, the lady made me go back to the end of the line. If the situation wasn't just regrettable in itself, I had my 5-year-old son in the seat next to me. The employee's kindness was such that the two house-shaped happy meal boxes were handed to me in the shape of a cube. At the end, when I questioned her about the inappropriate conduct, she arrogantly asked me if I wanted her to call the manager.
As a customer I felt disrespected, the employee clearly did not have the training to serve the public.
