I've been a customer for a few years now, and from today I stopped being one! I contacted them at 7:50 pm to order chicken and potatoes for two people and that it would pick up at 8:20 pm. It was confirmed to me that everything would be ready at that time and that it was ordered! When I arrived at the place, I mentioned my name and said what order I had ordered, and the employee who was in the grill area, an ethnic Brazilian, said that I would have to wait 25 minutes for the chicken! I question why I take into account what I had ordered! He replied that he had other orders and that he had run out of chickens, and that he was currently roasting others, and there was no choice but to wait. I also mentioned that what was the point of orders if they weren't ready at the agreed time? He raised his shoulders as if he had nothing to answer. He went into the kitchen and when he appeared again, he was chewing something, and I just said that if that was the case, I would leave as I couldn't wait that long. The employee's attitude was just to nod his head and not answer anything, as he had his mouth full of something! I find this type of behavior to be unprofessional, considering that you are behind a counter serving customers. As of today, I have stopped being a customer, because no matter how weak the attitude was, there was no concern whatsoever in wanting me not to leave! And so I ended up leaving without chicken!
