A restaurant that focuses on local products, with special emphasis on quail. We opted for a tasting menu of 5 moments (€40), with the option for 7 and 9 moments (€65). We accompanied it with a beautiful sparkling wine from Adega Mayor. A meal to remember and to return to one day. Thanks!! Ps: The restaurant also offers à la carte meals. Parking in the area is paid, it is in the center of Alenquer. . There is free parking 300m away.

My experience with this restaurant was during the 6th edition of the rice festival in Samora Correia. Our visit to the festival was on Friday for dinner. The food was quite tasty, especially the starters, but the portions of the main dishes were a little small, the table service was provided by students from a school and they were very good, but on the part of the head chef they were poorly guided. Our wine arrived wrong and the bottle was already opened at the table, the menu had drinks that were not available in the restaurant, the waiters did not know the dishes and therefore did not know how to answer important questions for those with allergies. The head of the room when he was called to the table was also not very approachable and I was even a little inelegant. An experience not to be repeated, we paid €100 for four people without dessert or coffee, so a lot of value for little quality

We arrived exactly 10 minutes before the kitchen opened, the doors were open and we asked for opening hours and if we could go up, to which they said yes. We went up with stroller and baby in hand and unfortunately they asked us to turn around and wait downstairs, we ended up having lunch next door. Unfortunately we didn't have the opportunity to taste the food, we didn't understand why we couldn't sit down for 10 minutes (or even five after getting up and taking the baby out of the stroller...)
Restaurant located next to the river, most of the restaurant is glazed, which provides views over the city. Spacious and very well decorated space. Friendly staff, food very well prepared and with exceptional plate presentation/decor. Good wine list, paid parking, and you can find some areas for free. Price €€€€, a little high than usual, when the choice is à la carte, during the week at lunch, there are 4 menus, which can range from €9.50 to €13.50, always based on starters and the dish, increasing if there is one, soup or dessert. Drinks always separate.
