A restaurant that focuses on local products, with special emphasis on quail. We opted for a tasting menu of 5 moments (€40), with the option for 7 and 9 moments (€65). We accompanied it with a beautiful sparkling wine from Adega Mayor.
A meal to remember and to return to one day.

Ps: The restaurant also offers à la carte meals. Parking in the area is paid, it is in the center of Alenquer. . There is free parking 300m away.
Could have hummus for starters. Could have organic wine. There could be more vegan options on the list, such as seitan or tofu dishes. Otherwise very tasty. Expensive, but good.

Vegetarian options: Quinoa burger with tomato rice.
My experience with this restaurant was during the 6th edition of the rice festival in Samora Correia. Our visit to the festival was on Friday for dinner. The food was quite tasty, especially the starters, but the portions of the main dishes were a little small, the table service was provided by students from a school and they were very good, but on the part of the head chef they were poorly guided.
