A well-cooked stew, and very good service and speed, it's just a shame that at least on Sunday they have tables booked, which means I had to wait with other friends for around 45 minutes and these tables were empty for 35 minutes.
I'm not a big fan of fish soup, but here at Zé da Genia I taste like grandma's food. Very well prepared, seasoned and at the right temperature.The grilled veal chop, despite being well done, was tender and easy to break apart with just a fork. House white wine and desserts were also good.Place to return without a doubt.

Terrible service. Regarding the food, the bitoques came swimming in oil and brought the soup after the main meal. The only thing to point out on a positive note is the peccary.

Excellent place.We are in Nazaré, but to get away from the crowds and high prices, we went to zé da genia. It's a completely local restaurant, with few staff but superb food. We ordered the grilled black pork mix and the grilled cod. Portions were very big, we even brought some leftovers home. And very cheap, 2 people, starters, main dishes and dessert was around 35€.
