The Floresta de Algés Restaurant is simply wonderful! From the welcoming atmosphere to the extremely friendly staff, the experience is always memorable. The food is excellent, with delicious dishes that never disappoint. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for an incredible meal and excellent service. Without a doubt, it deserves five stars!

After an hour and ten minutes of waiting for the meal, without any apology from anyone in charge or any employee, we paid for the small plate of olives (bread was no longer available in the restaurant) and the drinks and left the restaurant. The service was terrible , we were served by a young woman who is not at all prepared to serve customers, when we asked her about the delay in ordering, she replied curtly "you have to wait for more orders", showing not the slightest interest, nor concern, nor a smile, no attention. As far as I could see, there were at least three people in the kitchen and the number of people serving wasn't even significant, a group that was being served very slowly. They didn't mention what was no longer there, they didn't bring cover charge, the olives came because my husband He asked, he insisted. It was sad. I asked for the person in charge to appear, nothing. Very bad. And what about the so-called "purified" water that they serve in bottles that have the restaurant's logo and that customers are supposed to pay for? Isn't that simply water from the mains sold at the price of bottled water? That's left to the inspectorate. Bad experience. Don't go to this restaurant. It's really bad. I give it one point because I can't give it ZERO.

Terrible service, extremely disorganized and not very polite, they don't know how to serve the customer. We ordered dishes of the day, because it was "the quickest". We left at 3:15 pm without eating, after waiting more than an hour and at 3:15 pm, with the restaurant already half empty, no one could say how much longer it would take for the dishes to arrive. There was no bread, there was no bottled water, there were olives that were only put on the table because we asked, after more than half an hour.The minimum would be to not even charge for the 3 drinks and the olive saucer.But they charged and there wasn't even an apology or apology for the poor service.Never.

Today I was surprised by Floresta de Algés. I live in Algés de Cima and finally had the opportunity to come to this magnificent restaurant.Truly Portuguese and tasty food, fantastic servings, excellent and fast service, clean bathrooms and a great atmosphere, I am definitely a customer, I give it a 4.5 ????. I don't give five because of my pettiness, which for some people is nothing. The cod with cornbread had a little too much olive oil, and when we were served our coffees, the coffee spoon was dirty. Otherwise, everything was impeccable. My hat came off my head while serving the bar which is 5 ?????. Congratulations.

A pleasant restaurant. I ate a tasty prawn curry. Not extraordinary. Then what I don't understand is menus for 9 euros. But it's with water. If it's with wine and it's only 0.250 per person, it's already 10....Dessert was a cake with coconut and condensed milk... divine.But 3 people, only one of whom ate dessert, 2 menus and a hamburger 35 euros....it can and should be improved
