From the table where we sat, we had a perfect view of the kitchen and it didn't seem appropriate to cook and handle detergents at the same time. Furthermore, the cook removed the pre-cooked dough with his hands and placed it (without gloves, without tongs) in the frying pan where he finished it. The food had no flavor, and its preparation was of questionable quality. Not going back.

As a regular customer of the group's other restaurants (Lucca and La Finestra), I expected a similar experience. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case.
Pizza dough has similarities, but is inferior in flavor and texture.
The service is one of the worst I have seen: with an almost empty room, it was very slow and the employees have clear difficulty understanding Portuguese. I asked for an invoice with a taxpayer number and, after waiting for 5 minutes without a response, I called the employee, who told me that I had not asked for a taxpayer number and did not show the slightest humility in admitting that he had not noticed the request (something that has been recurring throughout the entire meal).
I will definitely not return to this restaurant.

I recommend the pizza and calzone (good products, wood oven, thin crust). Pleasant environment (Light and space). Effective and kind employees. During the week there are fewer people (many families with children at the weekend). Good note too: there are no televisions!
