This is an excellent restaurant with authentic food typical for portugal and for the region of sintra! The personal talk portuguese, English and extremely well french which helped us a lot while choosing! We had some “Cozido à portuguesa “ - also the little dessert (arroz doce) was very tasty! The service is just perfect and it seems like some locals go there quite frequently to catch up with friends which contributes to the good ambiance!
Typical food, simple but very good and at a very good price. Different menus, the cheapest at €9.50, which include soup, meat or fish, dessert, coffee and bread. Very friendly staff who will do everything possible to understand even if you don't speak Portuguese. If I have the opportunity I will return.
Excellent, at a very reasonable price. The cuisine may not be very elaborate but everything is fresh, the cooking is good, the seasonings are fine, the presentation is perfect. I don't understand this rating of 4.2 deserves much more: we haveeaten as a couple for 19€ starter pla dessert coffee drink.. And everything was good!!! A real bargain at this price!!! I will come back and recommend the address!!
