I placed an order through Glovo at 1 am which ended up being canceled by the store without any explanation at 1:45 am, after what happened I called the restaurant to find out what happened and they hung up the phone on me without any call back.

I've never seen a carvery served in take-away packaging, the drink is served in a disposable cup, other than that at the entrance it says pizza and endless drinks, but they give you a 1.5 liter drink to be happy, finish, finish. Ridiculous so they should change the advertising and not deceive customers. Ridiculous. A good point comes hot.

After all, the rodizio is not a rodizio, it is a large and a small pizza with their respective starters, 1 starter for each person. It's more expensive than paying for 1 or 2 pizzas and we can only choose pizzas from part of the list. The staff is not friendly and the pizzas are nothing special.

When placing the order and in addition to exceeding the normal delivery time, the boxes arrive damaged. When I said that I did not accept due to doubts about the origin or the treatment given on the route, the employee replied that the most that would happen was to go back, change the boxes and the pizzas would be the same, and that it would take another 40 minutes, which it was normal procedure.

I arrive at the counter to place the order and the attendant simply says that there is no menu, how am I going to choose the pizza and what flavors are there??? He told me that he didn't have a menu and that was it, he ignored us and I had to go to the website to look for the flavors to order, I asked the complaints book and then someone in charge came and said that they did have the menu, meaning he didn't want to work.

It would be great if there was an opportunity to give 0 stars. After an hour of placing the order, the store calls me to inform me that they have no deadline to deliver my order. I'm really sorry that my orders are sent to a store with so little capacity to carry out tasks, because this isn't the first time that ridiculous things have happened with my orders, from orders that should only bring mushrooms and bacon to pieces from pineapple, which I don't like, to pizzas that don't come cut and cases where the pizza has very few, or almost no, ingredients when you pay almost €20 for a medium pizza.A real disgrace. It was my last order at Telepizza.

Restaurant with extremely poor service and quality.I order a pizza with four ingredients, it takes an hour to deliver and it still arrives raw.Raw pizza, raw dough. Unacceptable.
