Unfortunately I had a bad experience, I ordered a snack with additional chicken, and the chicken was spoiled. We went in and contacted them to be careful, and they said it wasn't spoiled, and that the meat was fresh, and possibly it was the seasoning! It is impossible to have seasoning that makes the meat taste spoiled, regardless of whether the meat was bought today or not, it was impossible to eat the meat! They said they would send a snack next time, but there won't be any next time!

I have no reason to complain about the meals, but the waiting time for delivery of an order placed directly through the burger restaurant link is absurd.I placed my order at 8:04 pm, exactly 10:34 pm and so far my order has not arrived.They need to improve delivery time to the customer, waiting more than 2 hours is unacceptable.
