They never answer the phone, every order I make there is always something wrong. This time I selected a 2 for 1 promotion and they only sent 1 burger, charging for both! They don't answer the phone or try to remedy the situation!

The worst Burger King of all, terrible service ?? they don't focus on customers, side conversations while serving customers among many other things! I was waiting 20 minutes for an order, when I complained about the waiting time, the person responsible for the different uniforms responded that there were more people ahead! Orders are in order! I didn't know that it took more than 20 minutes to prepare a simple order when the restaurant was empty or during rush hour.
