Four of us adults along with two children stopped here for ice-creams as well as a coffee and a beer. The young lady serving was lovely in all aspects and a credit to the café. Unfortunately the same can't be said for the elderly man. When I needed to pay, the young lady asked him to help. He was eating at the time and didn't look happy about having to go to the till. I was paying for what my husband and I had had (6,60€); I gave him a 20€ note as well as 1,60€ to cover the odd change so that he only needed to give me 15€ back, in notes if he wanted (as I was trying to be helpful). Upon him seeing that I had additional coins he asked me for the entire amount in coins. I replied saying that I needed the other coins for something later. Clearly annoyed, he then threw the 1,60€ back at me and then gave me change for the 20€ - defeating the object of the exercise entirely. The poor young girl looked so uncomfortable at his actions.It's a shame because the setting is lovely and we were pleased to have the option of somewhere to stop with our friends and their children.
Parking: Parking was fine when we were there midweek in April but I'm sure it would get busy at other times.

A cafe with a beautiful view, that's all. Better take Sanwich with you and don't go to this place. The food is disgusting. I ordered olives with bread and an omelette. The omelet was OK, but the shrimp was not fried. I don't know how you can ruin an omelet, but they did it. The olives were rotten, and the thinly sliced bread was the cheapest. My boyfriend ordered an octopus salad. The salad was brought in uncomfortable plates, the octopus was finely chopped with a strong smell of fish. There is no Internet, the man who was there pointed to the sign to me by tapping it several times with his index finger, which was very rude - "there is no Internet, talk to each other." It was understandable to me because maybe someone needs to respond to Google maps or something else urgent, since the telephone connection does not catch there and many go hiking to this beach.

I went to the venue with the intention of quenching my thirst with a tasty beer, when I asked a stale gentleman if there was Sagres 1L, he looked disgusted (because my appearance is not how he judges what an elite person is) and told me He replied rudely that it wasn't a supermarket, so I replied by saying that he should be polite when answering the question, and he (idiotically) said that he should also be polite when answering my question. A prejudiced person who didn't want to serve me and offer the house's services. I will never go back, nor do I recommend it under any circumstances, go hungry, but don't frequent this budega.

Google maps showed it open, but it looked closed. We approached the elderly gentleman who was arranging the chairs outside to ask if it was open, he answered us very badly in Portuguese, without even actually answering the question. If these are the premises, I can't imagine if we had sat down.Avoid it is better, rudeness should not be encouraged. If they don't want to work, let them just sell the place.

Amazing food in an amazing setting. Even though the restaurant seems to have seen better days, the 180degree sea views make up for everything else the place might be lacking.We had some amazing sea food and fish that seems to have been just caught.The service is a bit on the slow side, but that will allow you to enjoy the view just a little bit longer.To be honest I am a bit shocked with some of the reviews of the place since they are so different from my own experience.Would definitely recommend a visit, especially in a sunny day. Enjoy the lovely food and view.

Being the only nearby accessible place, on a rainy day, like today, I asked to please be allowed to use the bathroom (a woman who was eight months pregnant) to which the owner responded in a very bad manner, that without being a customer, I would not there was possibility.
