LESSON FOR LIFE!!!!
I was at the Padaria Portuguesa establishment, located in Almada Fórum with two friends, on Sunday, 7/28/2024, around 8:00 pm. There we found the attendant ROBERTO, alone, cordially serving a huge number of customers, who were there in a queue that seemed to have no end. When asked by my friend about the fact that he was alone, without any help, Roberto smiled and calmly replied: "I JUST HAVE TO THANK YOU"!!!!! I will never forget that attitude! Congratulations Roberto for your attitude! And that the company knows how to value employees like you ?

Horrible! The coffee looked more like super burnt hot water! And expensive, too expensive for what they serve! Not going back!

The worst. Poor quality, very expensive prices. With so many employees and 3 requests to be attended to, it's a shame. I don't advise it. I won't be back at all. They are not the same as when they appeared.

Bad, very bad. It's not the first time I've been served cakes late, which I find unacceptable, but the pastel de nata is really bad! Bad, very bad! How can they sell something that is anything but pastel de nata! I later read in other comments that they were improving the recipe.. but they sell poorly! And you know that! And they charge! And I didn't eat it! But I paid!!!

The worst custard tart ever, instant cream, undercooked puff pastry and in the morning they sell a custard tart that is more than 1 day old is simply shameful. Portuguese bakery never again, any street tavern is better and cheaper.

A beautiful place worth visiting.
I would like to express my growing dissatisfaction with your almada forum store in the last few visits I have made. I am a regular customer and have always expected a high quality experience, however I have noticed issues that have prompted me to write this complaint.Firstly, it is deeply disappointing that undercooked croissants are rarely available. As a lover of lightly toasted croissants, it is unfortunate that this option is not consistently available. Also, the tendency to make croissants smaller and smaller is noticeable. We pay more for these products, yet the amount we receive is decreasing. Not only is it unfair, coml also represents a significant drop in value for money.Another issue that worries me deeply is the lack of croissants as early as 6:30 pm. Considering that your space closes at 23:00, the unavailability of croissants almost five hours before closing time is unacceptable. Not only does this detract from my experience as a customer, it also casts a shadow on your reputation as a trusted bakery.I sincerely hope that you will take immediate action to resolve these issues. As a loyal customer, I want to continue to frequent your establishment, but it is crucial that the quality, quantity and availability of your products are improved. I hope that these concerns are addressed and that the necessary improvements are implemented.
Frequent tables with trays already without the customer. Most employees are polite/friendly. Quality content served.
It's stupidly expensive...
